S/Y Palau Siren service level will set new liveaboard standard in Palau
The luxurious sailing vessel launching in November 2012 is a divers’ dream, designed by divers who understand how to make a difference.
Divers who spend their vacation on a liveaboard aim to leave the daily routine far behind. Relax, unwind, feel the soft breeze of the ocean and explore the underwater world as often as possible or simply wanting a choice of different dive times in a day. The Rock Islands of Palau could not be a better environment for those who seek a perfect dive vacation in a pristine environment that offers a great variety in diving while attentive staff caters to every wish of the guest.
The new luxury yacht, which is currently under construction in Sulawesi, Indonesia, will go far beyond the standards currently offered on liveaboards in Palau. Starting from spacious cabins with en-suite bathrooms and 20“ HD screen private entertainment centre that also offers photo editing facilities, the spacious dive deck and a saloon with tasteful interior design, the crew and the services they offer to the guests will ultimately make the biggest difference.
For those who have just started diving or are tired of paying excessive dive luggage fees, Aqua Lung scuba equipment is available free of charge. Nitrox is free for all divers with proof of certification. The deck crew assists at every stage with the equipment and getting on and off the dive tenders. The four dives per day are guided by experienced staff who know the best spots in Palau and will point out both small and big creatures encountered.
Hungry after diving? The Siren crew understands and guests can expect a feast from the Chef’s Asian and Western culinary delights. All meals, snacks, soft drinks, and beer is included.
For non-divers or divers who would like a change in the daily dive routine, a variety of water sport adventures and other activities are offered, such as kayaking, again free of charge, as well as waterskiing and massage services at very reasonable cost.
